White Paper

Since the beginning way back in November of 2013 MIAD has had just one mission and one mission only. That is to Fight Poverty and Eradicate Lack by not only teaching and training the Biblical principles of financial stewardship but also providing the necessary means to carry that mission out in real-time. MIAD 1.0 was born with this sole purpose in mind and successfully completed that mission in 2017 and then gave way to MIAD 2.0 in 2018 building on the foundation from all that we learned from MIAD 1.0

This is a massive effort to return the Church of Jesus Christ back to the original plan of Biblical Stewardship which is the proper management of our GOD-given resources. When these resources are not managed properly it created poverty and lack all around the world. We believe that it is the job of the Emerging Church to see that this began to happen in a way where GODS goodness is realized in a very special way.

To often monies that are given and received are not just that given nor received where they are most needed or can produce the most fruit for Jesus Christ. This is problematic in that Bible scripture paints an entirely different use for monies generated in most religious circles.

So, why does MIAD 3.0 exist. It's simple. To promote GODS goodness by granting greater access to

MIAD is derived strickly from Bible scripture and brought alive and made possible by modern-day FinTech technology. When we peer into the infallible Word of God we start to see in the book of Acts chapter two a financial system brought to earth by the Spirit of God Himself that is second to none anywhere on earth called "The Commonwealth."

The Bible records in the Book of the Acts of the Apostles that on the day of Pentecost those that were in the upper room waiting on the promise of GOD that The Spirit of God came into the room like a mighty rushing wind. And, that all who were there began speaking in other tongues.

But, there was something else that happened that day that we must take a deeper look at to see. With the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the disciples of Jesus Christ discovered within themselves a newfound love for one another that they had never had before. This love caused a total change in their hearts for service unto GOD by now possessing a great desire to care for anyone less fortunate than them but especially those that were in the faith.

MIAD Coin is a platform that gives everyone the power and the ability to become the lender and not the borrower. (Deuteronomy 28:12) Our platform consist of Giving/Lending/Borrowing which are three pilars of any healthy and thriving econimic system.

The Commonwealth

We also see this in scriptures such as Acts 2:44: ("And all that believed were together and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need." kjv ).

Something very unique happened. They all experience a new heart in every sense of the word. A new level of compassion if you will. The deep need to comfort one another after receiving the spirit of the comforter. Here we see the fusion of the Holy Spirit awaking the spirit of men and causing an agreement of purpose. Therefore the strong desire to comfort others is a sure sign of the working of the Holy Ghost. This manifested in different ways but most commonly a general feeling that life had a bigger purpose and plan than being selfish and self-centered.

This is highlighted in Acts 4:32 ("And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own, but they had all things common." kjv ). Twice we see the word common use to indicate just how these newly minted Christians saw life as a result of what they experienced and received from Heaven. It was this sharing of ones resources with others that formed an economy that The New Testament Church was would then and from evermore be known as The Common Wealth.

This new way of living was very conducive to what Jesus Christ had promised His disciples just before He ascended up and into Heaven saying. Acts 1:8 ("But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." kjv ).

Scripture goes on to record that this is exactly what happened in Acts 4:33-35 ("And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them and brought the prices of the things that were sold, And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need." kjv ).

What Shall We Do?

Even when John The Baptist who the scriptures tell us was filled with the Holy Spirit while in He mother Elizabeth's wound said this; Luke 3:9-11 ("And now also the ax is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire. And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then? He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise." kjv ). Here we see the Holy Spirit once again causing and producing a mindset of giving in the hearts of them that He is pleased to dwell in and commun with.

Again and again throughout the whole of the new testament scripture we see the benefits to socirty from those who allowthe Holy Spirit to live in them and through them. How through the teachings and docrines of the Apostles many became benefators of this grace and the Church grew from the power generated from their chairty, love amd specialized care for everyone especially each other.

No more do we see this in the Holy Scripture than with Apostle Paul. Apostle Paul is the perfect example of what a life lead scrikly by the Holy Spirit looks like. The Holy Spirit was not only Pauls conformter but for many year while in the desert The Holy Spirit was His only teacher.

What could the world become if The Holy Spirit was as common in the hearts and minds of the majority of people that walk the face of this earth. Living a true selfess life before the Almighty GOD and LORD.

The Storehouse Principle

For almost 10 years now I have operated my company off of the storehouse principle and we have successfully proved that it works in ever way imaginable. ("For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him." Matthew 12:12 kjv) Bible scripture makes it perfectly clear for all those that believe that the Bible is the infallible word of GOD. And, that is the fact that true abundance begins with first having seed. ("For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath." Matthew 25"29 kjv)

Giving for Christ

Lending to Others

For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee. Deut. 15:6 kjv

Lending is a vital part of any healthy financial system. And the Bible is the infallible Word of God and the absolute best resource for financial management gives us every important detail on how to accomplish this great task

At MIAD we see the economic problems that the world is and has always faced and a challenge and a solvable problem.

"But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful." (Luke 6:35-36 kjv)

"Give to every man that asketh of thee, and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again." (Luke 6:30 kjv)

"And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. 35But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil." Luke 6:34-35 kjv

Friut That Remains

(Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. - Galatians 6:8-9)

(So, my brothers and sisters, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God. - Romans 7:4)

(That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Colossians 1:10)
